NFA Items can be left to Individuals, or an NFA Trust, upon death your death. (List the Item(s) in your Last Will & Testament and the Executor or Executrix of your Will can legally possess the NFA Items until the One-Time Tax Free Transfer gets approved by the BATFE (Form 5).
Since NFA's inception, NFA Bylaw 503 has provided that the Board has the authority to remove a Director whenever, in the judgment of the Board, the best interests of NFA will be served thereby. Since 1990, Bylaw 503(b) has provided that upon the recommendation of the Executive Committee, any Director may be removed by two-thirds of the Directors present and voting at a duly convened meeting of the Board.

Just 4 days prior to this editorial the same "staff" were arguing that signing statements were undermining the Constitution.
Feb 10, 2017 · If the NFA was repealed in it's entirety, than yes. I think that will never happen. Ever. I'd love to see SBRs/SBSs wiped from the NFA, however. This is the easiest to logically justify, since every shotgun or rifle is 5 minutes and a hacksaw away from being an SBR/SBS. Mike
